• Leverage experience and expertise to work with clients and solve complex innovation challenges and create design deliverables in a multitude of mediums (i.e. print deliverables, brands and visual identity systems, packaging, digital products, UX/UI systems).
• Conduct industry and client research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and visually communicate opportunities to clients.
• Support design, development, and implementation of new products, services, and businesses, including vision and strategy, visual identity and systems, and design of supporting tools and templates.
• Provide product development, visual design, and/or UX/UI systems development functional knowledge.
• Manage teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture to deliver outcomes.
• Contribute to the growth of the Accenture S&C practice by assisting with new business proposals and presentations, recruiting activities, and informal coaching and mentoring to less experienced consultants.
• Blend visual design with strategy to create compelling, impactful work by incorporating synthesized user research and consumer insights into design deliverables.
