You Are

As a Data, AI and Analytics Strategist Manager or Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and creating opportunities for Data & AI led business reinvention. You will use your strong skills and industry knowledge to define and structure an organization’s data and AI strategy to build and optimize a strong data and AI foundation, create new AI solutions and services, driving growth and competitive advantage.

The Work

  • Assess maturity of an organization’s data and AI foundation.
  • Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future-ready operating model.
  • Identify, prioritize, and conceptualize new industry specific AI solutions and services in line with business growth strategy.
  • Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy.
  • Build a data/AI platform reference architecture and solutions blueprint as a canvas for implementation roadmap.
  • Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
  • Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
  • Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
  • Lead small to medium sized teams with diverse backgrounds skills and knowledge.
  • Effectively manage and coach others, collaborating with internal and external parties
  • Support client sales origination and thought leadership development.

Here’s what you need

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in AI/Analytics consulting
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Data & AI Operating Model, Processes, Patterns & Technologies, Platforms Strategy, Solution Architecture, Strategy, Data Value Articulation and Responsible AI.
  • Basic knowledge of finance enterprise functions including but not limited to accounting, treasury, corporate functions and reporting, controllership, and FP&A
  • Demonstrated ability to lead project workstreams to completion.

Bonus points If

  • You have an MBA
  • You have experience in one of the following industries: Consumer Goods & Services, Retail, Banking or Media & High Tech.

Important: Travel for this position will range from 0-100%.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
