Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing Accenture's go-to-market for Industry X within specific industry segments, working closely with account teams and business services teams to drive origination, build pipeline and achieve sales targets.
Develop industry focused sales campaigns aligned to the needs of specific industry clients, in areas such as new Intelligent Asset Management, Capital projects Digital Production and Operations, etc
Orchestrate Industry X demand generation activities developing sales materials (e.g., stage 0 sales deck, POCs, videos, customer-ready credentials, etc.) and leading client discussions.
Provide Industry X offering sales support including working with client account teams to define pursuits, supporting sales RFPs, developing differentiated value propositions, solution shaping, commercial/pricing and functional requirements, engage offering deep SME or Product & Offer Development, as necessary.
Leverage Accenture's assets, client, industry, growth platform and subject matter experts and leaders to ensure that the sales value proposition to the clients will have maximum impact and effective progress.
Identify specific sales opportunities for Industry X managed services within existing and prospective clients.
Lead the origination/closing of Industry X sales opportunities for managed services.
Work in close coordination with Accenture Technology and Consulting teams to shape large managed services deals.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 12 years of experience working in one or multiple industries like oil and gas, resources, power generation, utilities, manufacturing and is associated with the production and/or maintenance activities in these industries
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or sales support
Preferred Qualifications:
Expertise and thought leadership with the ability to articulate through compelling story telling.
Experience of selling large deals would be added advantage.
Know-how in one or more of: PLM, MES/MOM, PLC/SCADA, Internet of Things (IoT) platforms, Manufacturing IT Systems integration or Digital Twin
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
