Technology Delivery Lead Manager (Accenture LLP; Florham Park, NJ): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Technology Delivery Lead Manager in Florham Park, NJ, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Assess, plan, implement and/or support world-class application solutions for Accenture or our clients, spanning simple IT projects to large-scale, enterprise-level change programs.
  • Conduct application architecture assessments and define solutions for complex problems that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Oversee the configuration and build of application solutions or technology components and classes.
  • Design, customize, develop, and execute technical resources for methods, procedures, and standards using commercial and Accenture’s proprietary tools to build infrastructure and application components.
  • Provide the project’s technical conscience, defining and driving the right solution to meet technical performance, scalability, flexibility, operations, and capability needs.
  • Manage onshore and offshore resources, distribute responsibilities across team members, and report on status for assigned scope of work to client stakeholders.
  • Meet and interact with client application owners and infrastructure support personnel to communicate activities comprising implementation plans, and ensure the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Utilizing software tools for data analysis, including Tableau and Excel; and
  • Supply chain management principles and practices, agile, and process improvement methodologies.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Utilizing mobile network technologies, including cellular network architecture, protocols, and standards;
  • Performing network design, testing, and optimization;
  • Utilizing wireless technologies, including LTE, 5G, and Wi-Fi;
  • Utilizing programming languages, including, R, C+, Python, and Java, as well as software development tools and platforms, including Jira; and
  • Utilizing log tracing tools, including QXDM.

Must have 2 years of experience in utilizing network simulators for parametric testing.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
