You Are:

A utility industry practitioner with the skills and drive to help clients navigate digital transformation. You bring experience, creativity, and analytical thinking to support the design and implementation of modern scheduling, dispatch, and field mobility solutions. You understand the utility processes behind work and resource planning, scheduling, dispatch, and field execution—and how digital tools enable connected field operations.

You are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn. You enjoy solving complex problems, challenging conventional approaches, and contributing ideas around next-generation solutions powered by automation and emerging technologies. You thrive in collaborative environments, work well with diverse teams, and are excited to partner closely with clients on-site to deliver tangible results.

The Work:

  • Support the analysis of client challenges and help articulate the value of transformation in terms of business outcomes.

  • Contribute to project delivery across utilities scheduling, dispatch, and field mobility initiatives.

  • Apply industry best practices and emerging technologies to help implement innovative field operations solutions.

  • Assist in developing client-ready materials, insights, and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with project team members across strategy, technology, and operations.

  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders at multiple levels, from operations to IT.

  • Integrate and analyze business data to generate insights and support evidence-based decision-making.

  • You have the ability to travel as needed.

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the utilities industry (electric and/or gas)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with utilities scheduling, dispatch, field mobility, or work and field service management processes.

  • Experience with one or more industry platforms such as: Salesforce FSL/FSE, Oracle Field Service (OFS), IFS/Clevest, SAP Work Manager, SAP Service and Asset Manager, SAP FSM, ClickSoftware/ClickSchedule/ClickMobile, ABB Service Suite, OverIT, CGI PragmaCAD, or Locusview

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Professional Skill Requirements:

  • Proven ability to contribute effectively in a team-oriented environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex business and technology contexts.

  • Desire to work in an information systems and digital transformation environment.

  • Effective communication (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on increasing responsibility over time

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
