THE WORK:
- You’ll build, scale, and lead Accenture I&CP’s Clean Mobility capability on the U.S. East Coast, strengthening market presence, defining growth strategy, and delivering against priority accounts and revenue targets.
- You’ll expand Accenture’s leadership in fleet decarbonization and zero‑emission mobility, with a focus on transit agencies, port authorities, municipalities, utilities, and select private‑sector fleet operators.
- You’ll originate, shape, and close Clean Mobility opportunities spanning fleet electrification, charging infrastructure, depot modernization, grid interconnection, and long‑term decarbonization roadmaps.
- You’ll serve as an executive sponsor for priority clients, building and sustaining senior‑level relationships and positioning Accenture as a trusted partner across the full program lifecycle.
- You’ll lead and support business development, capture, and proposal efforts, shaping deal strategy, pricing, teaming models, and differentiated win themes.
- You’ll identify emerging policy, funding, and regulatory drivers and translate them into actionable client opportunities and market offerings.
- You’ll leverage and grow a strong East Coast Clean Mobility network, using existing relationships while establishing new strategic partnerships.
- You’ll collaborate with Accenture’s Industry X, Utilities, Energy, Transportation, and Sustainability teams to bring integrated, cross‑portfolio solutions to market.
- You’ll provide executive‑level technical oversight for fleet electrification and charging infrastructure programs, including fleet transition planning, phased deployments, and operational readiness.
- You’ll guide charging strategy, load management, utility coordination, and interconnection, ensuring solutions are technically sound, scalable, and resilient.
- You’ll advise on civil, electrical, and systems integration challenges, supporting constructability, risk mitigation, and delivery excellence.
- You’ll support execution teams through escalation management and strategic guidance, ensuring programs meet schedule, budget, safety, and quality expectations aligned with Accenture standards.
- You’ll recruit, mentor, and develop Clean Mobility talent across the East Coast, building a high‑performing, multidisciplinary leadership bench.
- You’ll establish best practices, delivery frameworks, and repeatable offerings for fleet decarbonization and charging infrastructure programs.
- You’ll contribute to thought leadership and market positioning, strengthening Accenture’s Clean Mobility point of view and brand leadership.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Public Policy, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of experience in transportation, energy, or infrastructure consulting, with a strong focus on fleet electrification or zero-emission programs
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Demonstrated success in business development and client leadership at the Sr. Director or VP level
- Deep familiarity with East Coast transit agencies, port authorities, municipalities, utilities, and/or private fleet operators
- Strong technical understanding of EV charging infrastructure, grid coordination, depot design, and fleet operations
- Proven experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams and complex programs ($50M+ capital programs preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) or similar credential is a plus but not required
- Excellent executive communication skills; able to engage credibly with C-suite, agency leadership, and technical teams

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
