Job Summary

Droga5 is looking for a Social Account Manager / PM to sit at the heart of our social practice — equal parts strategic thinker, project conductor, and client champion. You'll own the day-to-day momentum of social programs across iconic brands, connecting creative, strategy, production, and analytics into work that moves fast and lands hard. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, love keeping ten plates spinning without dropping any, and have a genuine passion for social culture, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Management & Client Relations

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, managing expectations and building trust across stakeholders
  • Translate client briefs and feedback into clear, actionable direction for internal creative and strategy teams
  • Prepare and lead status calls, presentations, and review meetings with confidence and clarity
  • Proactively flag risks, resolve roadblocks, and keep clients informed at every step

Project & Workflow Management

  • Own end-to-end project management for social content — from kickoff through delivery — across always-on and campaign workstreams
  • Build and manage timelines, content calendars, approval workflows, and status trackers to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Partner closely with producers, creatives, and strategists to scope work accurately and resource it appropriately
  • Drive content through multi-layered review and approval processes while maintaining brand standards and deadlines
  • Maintain clear documentation: briefs, recaps, meeting notes, and workflow guides

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the connective tissue between creative, strategy, production, paid media, and analytics teams
  • Support the Social Account Director in identifying opportunities where social can add value within broader client engagements
  • Coordinate with legal, comms, and compliance teams to ensure all content meets platform and brand guidelines

Reporting & Optimization

  • Track campaign performance and compile regular reporting to share with clients and inform content strategy
  • Assist in building wrap reports, learnings documents, and optimization recommendations

Here is what you need:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media account management, project management, or integrated agency roles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X) and the content behaviors that drive each
  • Exceptional organizational skills — you can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing your cool
  • Strong communicator who writes clearly, speaks confidently, and knows how to tailor a message to the room
  • Experience with project management and social tools (Asana, Monday, Sprinklr, Sprout, or similar)
  • A collaborative, solutions-first mindset — you solve problems before they become fires
  • Genuine enthusiasm for pop culture, digital trends, and the social landscape
