You'll work closely with sales, operations, and our customers to deliver best-in-class software to a massively underserved segment of the market.

AchillesHR is built using Typescript with Node.js on the backend, a Typescript and React frontend, and a PostgreSQL database.

What You’ll Do

Build best in class software with high velocity.
Contribute to the product roadmap and autonomously build new features from scratch.
Develop empathy for our users and build solutions for them.
Uphold a high standard for our codebase quality and technical decisions, helping to set the standard as we grow the engineering team at AchillesHR.
Scale your own skills and capabilities in tandem with the company's growth.
Help recruit future engineers to expand our team.

What You’ll Bring

At least 2 yrs experience contributing to a technically complex project or incredible product
An ability to execute without needing explicit plans or instructions
High standards for code quality, maintainability, and performance
Experience contributing on the backend and the frontend
Bonus points for experience working closely with customers
Above all, an ability to move extremely fast, comfort with ambiguity, and desire to become a better engineer
Enthusiasm about continuous learning and professional development. Hunger to explore new technologies, frameworks, and software development methodologies
