What You’ll Do
Build a pipeline from zero: research, prospect, sequence, call, text, DM, and book demos you’ll eventually close as an AE.
Spearfish strategic accounts: develop multi-threaded relationships with operators and HR leaders.
Travel to conferences & plant floors: demo Sam live and lock in next steps on the spot.
Feed the product loop: relay market insights directly to engineering so we win faster.
Adapt daily: jump on any fire that accelerates company growth—startup life!
Skills & Experience
1+ years in a quota-bearing hunting role (SDR/BDR, door-to-door, etc.) or equivalent record of competitive excellence.
Consistent history of smashing activity and meeting goals.
Crystal-clear written & verbal communication; you make complex ideas land.
Organized and strategic—your CRM, calendar, and priorities are locked in.
Bonus: familiarity with HR tech or frontline industries.
