The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Customer Strategy & Success team as a Strategic Product Specialist specializing in Firefly and Firefly Services. Firefly empowers creative teams to demonstrate the power of AI to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate video production, and supercharge their creative workflows.
In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor, helping our Enterprise customers unlock the full potential of generative AI through Firefly and its APIs. You’ll engage directly with creative and team leadership at some of the world’s most renowned companies, fostering their adoption of these innovative solutions.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with Enterprise customers to understand their content creation challenges and find opportunities for Firefly and Firefly Services to streamline workflows, enhance creativity, and improve productivity.
Deeply understand the capabilities of Firefly and Firefly Services, translating complex technical features into clear, actionable benefits for customers.
Develop and deliver compelling product demos showcasing the power of generative AI for content creation, going beyond features to showcase real-world impact.
Work collaboratively with Customer Success Managers and other specialists to develop targeted adoption strategies and drive active user engagement within customer organizations.
Demonstrate your technical expertise to guide customers on integrating Firefly Services into their existing workflows and applications for seamless content creation.
Partner with product and GTM teams, providing actionable insights from customer engagements to inform product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
What You Need to Succeed
10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the technology or creative industries.
Proven track record of efficiently implementing AI-powered solutions for Enterprise clients.
Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by enterprise content creation teams.
Strong technical skills, including expertise in APIs, cloud services, and potential integration points with other creative tools.
Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, capable of translating technical details into clear, compelling narratives for a non-technical audience.
Strong relationship-building abilities, adept at securing consensus and fostering trust with both customers and internal partners.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $91,900 -- $179,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
