The Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior Account Executive to join our Corporate Digital Media (DME) Sales Team in EMEA, focused on the DACH region. You are based in the region and will manage a portfolio of named customers, which—while part of the Corporate segment—often includes large and international organizations with complex business structures. You’ll be responsible for driving both new business growth and customer retention across Adobe’s Creative Cloud and Document Cloud portfolios. This role requires a hunter mindset, strong strategic account management capabilities, and the ability to thrive in complex, matrixed environments. Familiarity with solution selling and frameworks like MEDDICC is essential.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of named accounts, typically mid to large organizations within the Corporate segment across the DACH region.
- Drive net new revenue and improve retention by identifying expansion and cross-sell opportunities across Creative Cloud and Document Cloud.
- Build and execute strategic account plans, aligning Adobe solutions with the customer’s business goals.
- Prioritize engagement with key business stakeholders—including the C-Suite to uncover and address high-impact challenges.
- Lead opportunity qualification and pipeline execution using methodologies like MEDDICC.
- Coordinate internal Adobe resources (product & solution consultants, marketing, legal) and external partners & resellers to execute account based strategies.
- Maintain a rigorous and accurate forecast process, with consistent pipeline health and deal progress reviews.
- Be a trusted advisor and thought partner to your customers, ensuring Adobe’s value is clearly communicated and realized.
What You Need to Succeed
- Native-level German and fluent English are essential.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales or strategic account management, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota.
- Proven success managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders in large organizations.
- Strong hunter mentality with a proactive, structured approach to pipeline generation and expansion.
- Practical experience applying solution selling and deal qualification frameworks such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or SPIN.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Acrobat, or similar SaaS offerings is a plus.
- Ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels, especially with senior business decision-makers.
- Comfortable navigating matrixed internal environments and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% across the DACH region for key customer engagements.
- Based in the DACH region is a pre-requisite. Ideally in Munich or Berlin.
