We are seeking an exceptional, community-focused content strategist who has:
A love for Adobe's community and understanding of Adobe products (desktop, web, mobile) and services
Proven experience successfully managing full-funnel content campaigns that start with creator-led community content and end with product engagement
Expertise in using data to plan, track and report on different campaign stages, including awareness, engagement, and usage
Experience building relationships with community members and creators, and creating community-sourced content to drive marketing and engagement impact
A deep understanding of content for different channels, community platforms, and spaces
You will act as both a strategist and producer, planning and driving thematic full-funnel, cross-platform content across categories in the US and EMEA to drive product engagement. You will work closely with the content team on shaping our content-to-web and mobile workstream to further engage the community and bring customers into the products. The impact of the work will further build connective tissue across the creative community all the way from content engagement to active use of our platforms and products.
What You'll Do
Plan full-funnel, cross-platform always-on campaigns across design, imaging, video, and photography categories to elevate key messages to drive sentiment.
Produce community-first, cross-channel content for launch and run rate moments
Create tools, guides, and templates to empower the team to create their own great content and scale
Manage campaign operations across community content motions and moments
What you'll need to succeed
BA/BS degree preferred OR 8+ years in content marketing, content strategy, community marketing, or media strategy for creators or artists OR equivalent practical experience.
Knowledge of Adobe community and tools and understanding of what makes great authentic Adobe community content
Integrated content strategy and execution skills and start-up mentality for getting things done inside a larger organization
Self-starter with high accountability who functions well in a start-up or entrepreneurial setting within a larger organization
Focus and persistence - ability to problem-solve and operate successfully in a cross-functional highly matrixed environment
Deep understanding of how to use community content to inspire action
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
