Frame.io, an Adobe company, is transforming how over 1 million creative professionals' collaborate, empowering teams to work faster, smarter, and more creatively. As a Principal Engineering Program Manager, you’ll help lead the next chapter of innovation in creative collaboration!
This role will lead a flagship program, “Adobe on Adobe,” focused on making Adobe teams an exceptional example of what’s possible with Frame.io. You’ll drive strategy, execution, and adoption, helping teams unlock new ways of working and crafting a model for how Frame.io delivers value at scale. This person will collaborate closely across product, engineering, design, solutions, and marketing, with strong support from senior leadership.
You’ll report to the Director of Program Management & Business Operations and join a team that values learning, experimentation, and shared success. What you’ll do
- Champion Adoption. Lead a flagship program that helps teams meaningfully adopt our product—spotlighting how it improves how we think, create, and collaborate every day.
- Integrate Seamlessly. Partner with senior leaders to weave our tools into real workflows—like creative reviews and cross-functional planning—so teams spend less time managing and more time making.
- Build Connection. Learn how teams work, uncover what’s getting in their way, and co-create solutions that actually stick.
- Shape What’s Next. We collaborate closely with product and engineering—sharing what we learn to guide roadmaps, influence priorities, and strengthen product-market fit.
- Fuel Learning. We treat enablement as continuous. You’ll work with Product Marketing to create and scale resources that meet teams where they are—and grow with them.
- Spark Curiosity. Introduce Frame in ways that resonate—connecting the dots, building excitement, and helping teams see what’s possible.
- Advocate. Champion internal teams by turning feedback into insights that influence priorities and shape what comes next.
- Guide Change. Lead thoughtful, well-paced communication that brings people along—through transitions, decisions, and moments of growth.
- Show Impact. Define what matters, make progress visible, and share wins that reflect both momentum and learning.
What you need to succeed
- Program Leadership. 10+ years leading complex, cross-functional initiatives—ideally in product-led or platform environments. Turning ambitious goals into focused, measurable progress.
- Technically Proficient. Understand how modern software is built and can engage confidently with engineers to align on priorities and trade-offs.
- Strategic & Committed. Connect long-term vision with practical steps, balancing user needs and business goals to keep momentum moving in the right direction.
- Adaptive. You work well in ambiguity, adjust when things change, and stay open to feedback and new ideas.
- Skilled Communicator. You translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and tailor your message according to your audiences.

Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree in Business preferred OR 10+ years of experience in technical product or program management, with a focus on building cross-functional alignment and supporting organizational growth OR equivalent practical experience.
- You’ve contributed to large-scale, cross-functional programs—bringing diverse teams together to solve shared challenges and create impact.
- You’ve helped programs evolve in changing environments by adapting thoughtfully, listening to feedback, and steering toward shared goals.
- You’ve supported distributed teams across time zones, cultivating communication, trust, and a clear sense of connection.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
