The Opportunity
We are the market leader in software products and services for the creative, genAI & marketing ecosystem with Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, Express, Firefly, and Experience Cloud.
Reporting to the Senior Director, a successful candidate will embody strong customer empathy & orientation, have a strong intuition for deal and pipeline progression, share a deep interest in new technologies (e.g., generative AI, creative workflows), be energized by fast pace and high-cycle activities and be motivated by creating meaningful business impact by solving customer problems.
We are looking for great teammates that can
Work in a pre-sales and post-sales environment
Manage timelines, activities and deliverables with accuracy and urgency
Be ahead of the various activities and meetings, predict what needs to happen next
For new opportunities, work with account teams & coordinate internal research, Foundry experts, Creative Technologists
For closed opportunities, ensure customer success by delivering Foundry models in development mode and then production mode.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
