The Opportunity
Adobe DX/DME's BDR Center of Excellence works with sales & marketing to build effective Outreach, email, and enablement content that helps BDRs get to quota.
You’ll be integral in the rollout of strategic sales processes for the BDR teams across the entire Adobe DX/DMe business, working closely with the other members of the cross-functional COE team to roll out content & training together for BDR teams! We will partner with Marketing, BDR Leadership, Sellers, Operations, and others to identify and coordinate COE priorities and lead projects to completion. You’ll optimize our go-to-market strategy with a focus on onboarding, product, process, and sales tools/technology in a measurable and repeatable way.
Your work will have immediate, measurable impact, and you’ll help report on progress and the state of the business to senior leadership! You’ll listen to BDR feedback and always be looking for ways to keep improving the GTM tools we provide our BDRs with.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with collaborators to build new go-to-market strategies for new BDR programs and work with collaborators to develop messaging and enablement for those programs.
Align COE Resources to support the needs of specific organizational challenges through small group trainings, manager trainings, and larger enablement sessions.
Collaborate with content team to identify content needs and work collectively with FLM’s to ensure BDR adoption.
Lead the Onboarding experience for new BDR’s or equivalent experience in tandem with Adobe Sales Academy (Tech Tools, AI workflows, Process Training, etc.).
Measure the qualitative and quantitative progress of new BDRs.
Decrease Time to First MQO, SQO by building processes that decrease the time it takes for new BDRs to be productive and acquire their first MQO/SQO.
Possess extensive knowledge of all aspects of Adobe DX or DME Business.
Ensure consistency of process, use of technology, and BDR tools across Adobe DX/DME teams and regions.
Align with sales leadership for ongoing feedback on process, tools, technology and training. Identify gaps, define requirements, and gain alignment on solution.
Develop and implement BDR org process to accelerate work with AI.
Drive adoption of AI to tailor messaging and high value actions to meet customer needs.
Develop and activate BDR campaigns and cohorts that align with Adobe's content strategy.
Track and share customer insights to better inform our campaign strategy.
Empower BDRs with comprehensive training on processes, technology, & product knowledge.
Foster a BDR Multipliers culture with our COE BDR Ambassador Program.
What you need to succeed
2+ years of Enterprise selling experience.
Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field encouraged.
Experience on a sales or marketing team at a B2B SaaS company.
Experience with AI tools and developing AI workflows for Sales.
Program management experience preferred.
Excel / Google sheets/ PowerBI.
Former sales or business development representative or managers encouraged.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
