Job Description
The Adobe Enablement Architect builds deep technical enablement on marketing technology concepts and Adobe solutions. You will identify, craft, deliver, and evaluate training activities to improve the technical expertise of the global Enterprise Architect (EA) team as they engage with customer teams in evaluation of technology to deliver future-state marketing architectures and “Art of the Possible” digital experiences.
What You’ll Do
Work with product management, engineering, and product marketing to identify enablement opportunities for new products or go-to-market strategy changes.
Design technical curriculums to equip the team with knowledge needed to progress sales opportunities and support customer value realization through enterprise architecture activities.
Maintain environments required to support training.
Sample program responsibilities include product release feature enablement, industry trend monitoring and response, new hire onboarding, customer-facing technical course development, and more.
What You Need to Succeed
Experience in a consultative or practitioner role leading large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems.
Knowledge of end-to-end digital marketing technologies including campaign planning, ad tech (DSPs, programmatic advertising, etc.), content marketing, marketing automation (campaign and journey management, personalization, etc.), eCommerce, and data management (tag management, data collection, ETL, BI tools, etc.).
Hands-on experience using enterprise platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.) with an emphasis on REST APIs, cloud storage, structured/unstructured data, ETL tooling, security, and data ingress/egress.
Strong curiosity about new technologies and using tools-of-the-trade, such as new training methods and practices. You’re passionate about learning and can shine in an evolving environment.
Ability to communicate complex ideas or recommendations to technical, marketing and C-suite audiences in a way that resonates.
Strong written and verbal communications skills including expertise in diagramming apps such as Lucidchart, Miro, or Figma, and Confluence or Jira systems. You enjoy writing well-organized documentation.
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time within the United States or internationally.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology (IT), computer science (CS), marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience.
Skills that Set You Apart
One or more current Adobe Certified Developer certifications such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RTCDP, AJO, CJA, Target, Audience Manager (AAM), AEM, Campaign, Target, Workfront, or Firefly.
Familiarity with AI concepts, LLMs, and AI solutions for software development.
Enterprise architecture skills such as gathering business process requirements, identifying integration patterns, diagramming, and system walk-throughs.
You have excellent technical writing and/or design skills
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
