The integrated marketing campaign function is a strategic role on our Enterprise marketing team that ensures all marketing efforts are coordinated and aligned to deliver a consistent, on-brand message to audiences across channels. It is your responsibility to design a cohesive campaign strategy to drive business priorities from building awareness to creating and progressing pipeline to driving active use of our products.

You will help develop and deliver:

  • Increased marketing impact by steering and focusing channel teams on global priorities, shared objectives, and target metrics and better impact through improved targeting and increased engagement
  • Unified messaging across channels to reinforce Adobe's value proposition, identity and brand recognition
  • Increased Adobe’s visibility and engagement through compelling, persona-based value propositions
  • Improved efficiency through coordinated efforts that reduce redundancy and improve use of resources
  • Ongoing campaign performance improvements through reporting and analysis, growing cross-team performance accountability

Responsibilities

  • Strategy definition: Oversee the collaborative development of marketing strategies that span across multiple channels and regions.
  • Campaign management: Lead the development of integrated campaigns, and communicate the campaign strategy, intended outcomes, audience targeting, tactics and critical metrics cross-functionally, and to executive leadership across marketing, sales and product.
  • Channel coordination and consistency: Streamline efforts across cross-functional teams to implement campaigns effectively and ensure a unified strategy across various marketing channels. Surface insights and requests to inform content development. Ensure consistent and effective messaging across all channels and tactics.
  • Market & customer knowledge: Stay on top of innovation and industry trends, competitive landscape, marketing tactics, customer behavior, and emerging technologies to inform campaign strategy. Have an in-depth knowledge of common business challenges our customer face, and how Adobe products help solve those challenges.
  • Reporting and optimization: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Develop and communicate insights, optimizations, and/or pivots needed through run-the-business and quarterly business reviews.
  • Cross-functional influence & accountability: Extensively collaborate with, and influence, key team members across Sales, Product Marketing, Digital and Events centers of excellence, BDRs, GMO, and senior leadership.

Deliverables and Outcomes

  • Development and communication of end-to-end campaigns, both planned and in-market
  • Development of strategy and channel activation plans for campaigns, product launches, and regional targeted pursuits
  • Facilitate a degree of coordination across centers-of-excellence and for the execution of campaigns and product launches across channel, content, and related teams
  • Ensuring consistent messaging and alignment across channels, content and marketing tactics
  • End-to-end campaign performance analysis and insights
  • Communication of performance insights and opportunities for optimization that elevate the impact of our B2B marketing beyond linear demand gen

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $141,200 -- $249,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
