The opportunity

We’re seeking a Mobile Design Lead to help mold the future of Adobe Express on mobile. This is a role for a design leader who can drive vision, transform complex problems into simple, intuitive mobile experiences, and build positive relationships across design, product, and engineering to deliver business-aligned outcomes.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to help define what designing mobile first looks like at Adobe. You’ll craft strategy, influence product direction, and lead high-impact initiatives that touch millions of creative users around the globe.

If you're looking to make a meaningful impact, grow your leadership, and help craft the next chapter of a creative platform on mobile, this is your opportunity.

What you'll do

  • Lead. Champion mobile-first thinking, mentor designers, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.

  • Strategize. Define and advocate for a mobile strategy that supports user needs and business objectives.

  • Simplify. Translate complex workflows and constraints into intuitive, cohesive mobile experiences.

  • Collaborate. Work closely with product and engineering partners to build modern, scalable mobile design solutions.

What you need to succeed

  • Related degree or 6+ years for EUXDP50 or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience with Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and other design tools such as Keynote, Sketch, or Figma.

  • Comfort mentoring, encouraging an inclusive and empowering environment for other designers to do innovative and impactful work.

  • Ability to clearly communicate sophisticated ideas both verbally and in written form.

  • Confidence in communicating work at all levels of the organization

Preferred Accessibility Design Skills:

  • Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities.

  • Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, specifically testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility standards.

  • Accessibility certifications CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP preferred.
