The opportunity
Generative AI has fundamentally changed the way our customers need to operate, and as a result, how they consider and use Adobe products. Adobe is at the forefront of this monumental shift with AI and agents front and center in all our products, DX and DME. To keep pace with this quickly changing environment, our products are continually updated and improved. We are searching for an AI and agent expert to help communicate and coach our customers how to best utilize our new capabilities to create more value from their Adobe investment.
As an AI Principal, you will be expected to stay up to date on AI trends, as well as how our products continue to add capabilities and integrate with others in the market. You will also collaborate with a diverse ecosystem including strategy, marketing, product, sales, legal, and partners to help develop and verticalize our product messaging and offerings. This high-visibility role will reside within the Americas Enterprise Sales organization and be part of our Digital Strategy Group’s Platform group.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Solution Consultants, Enterprise Architects and Sales to help customers understand our offerings, the value of AI and how to integrate the new capabilities into their workflow.
Advise senior customers and Adobe account teams on current/future marketplace trends and how it will affect their business and workflows.
Produce Business Use Cases and POV’s on AI trends and topics of importance to a senior executive audience.
Support Sales in account planning, demo’s, workshops CEC’s and executive meetings.
Help construct a One Adobe approach and offering for Enterprise customers.
Collaborate with teams across Adobe (e.g., product, marketing, sales, etc.) to craft Adobe's messaging on AI and positioning of our offerings.
Represent Adobe at conferences and events
• Create and deliver enablement sessions.
• Provide feedback to product teams.
What you need to succeed
Expertise in AI/Agents and the ability to rapidly absorb new information, inclusive of the foundational technologies, products, business use cases, economic value and competitive landscape.
10 plus years of experience related to AI and experience helping customers integrate AI into their martech stacks
Content/Marketing Work Management: Tools like Workfront and Frame.io for intake, automation, review, and reporting.
• Emerging Tech: Firefly, model training, and industry best practices.
• Content Performance & Insights: Campaign strategy and audience segment analysis.
Outstanding executive presence, communication and presentation skills with the ability to inspire and engage senior level executives and lead senior level operators to a strategy
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, documenting business cases and synthesizing recommendations
Highly collaborative with the ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment internally and externally
Willingness to travel up to 40%

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $148,800 -- $260,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
