The Opportunity
Adobe's Education Engagement Marketing team exists to drive the long-term use of Adobe's tools with students and universities. We develop and deliver Adobe's global engagement marketing plans, with a particular focus on Adobe Express and PDF Spaces.
We’re looking for a creative and trend-savvy marketer, who thrives on bringing ideas to life and making things happen! This role will be pivotal in driving monthly active usage (MAU) and brand affinity among US students through scalable campaigns and on-the-ground experiences.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a deep understanding of campus life and student culture, a willingness to be present in person in these environments, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to bring fresh, strategic ideas to the table. You’ll be comfortable navigating fast-paced environments, collaborating across teams, and delivering work that’s both bold and impactful.
What you'll Do
Campaign Strategy and Execution
Drive the end-to-end development of student-focused engagement campaigns – from initial concept and creative direction to rollout and performance analysis –ensuring all initiatives resonate culturally, align with key moments in time, and put students at the centre.
Shape and deliver compelling programs that connect with university students across the US, using a mix of channels and formats to build awareness and drive adoption of Adobe tools.
Campus Experiential and Events
Craft and deliver high-impact experiential activations at major campus moments that engage and encourage usage of Adobe tools in student life.
Build relationships with student organizations and university partners to extend campaign reach and relevance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with global and local teams across product marketing, customer success, and strategic development to align messaging and priorities.
Collaborate with internal team members and external partners to ensure smooth delivery and impact.
Reporting and Insights
Track and analyze performance across digital and physical channels.
Provide regular reporting on critical metrics, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Budget Management
Manage allocated budgets to improve impact and efficiency.
Provide data-driven recommendations to support additional investment and strategic growth.
Key Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, event execution, and digital campaigns to engage B2C and B2B2C audiences.
Proven ability to deliver campaigns and activations that resonate with student audiences, either agency or client-side. Passionate about student culture and knows how to connect authentically with 18-24 year olds.
Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to build visual decks to support your ideas.
Data-savvy and able to translate performance into actionable insights.
Comfortable balancing multiple projects and working with diverse teams.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
