In this role, you’ll partner closely with product leaders to define and drive strategic initiatives, build systems that accelerate retention and adoption, and foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and impact. You will lead with influence, shaping the trajectory of our Analytics portfolio and being at the center of Adobe’s analytics strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Connect strategy to execution: Establish management systems, frameworks, and metrics that translate strategy into measurable results.
  • Be a cross-functional connector: Align product, engineering, product marketing, and design on shared goals.
  • Translate market signals into action: Partner with PMM and GTM teams to synthesize customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence that inform product and business strategy.
  • Unify performance measurement: Build centralized dashboards and integrate data sources to track progress to goals, surface trends, and guide strategic decisions.
  • Be a cultural amplifier: Foster learning, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing practices that strengthen our operating model, while driving AI adoption to accelerate impact.
  • Facilitate alignment workshops: Lead discussions that inspire clarity, connection, and accountability across the organization.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 8+ years of experience in product strategy, business operations, product marketing, or GTM strategy (MBA or equivalent experience a plus).
  • Deep understanding of the analytics and customer experience space, with AI aptitude.
  • Proven track record driving adoption, retention, and growth initiatives at scale.
  • Strong program management and problem-solving skills, with a track record of launching cross-functional initiatives in highly matrixed organizations.
  • Experience designing dashboards and business metrics that inform product strategy (Power BI or equivalent tools preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills and credibility with executives, cross-functional peers, and customers.
  • Ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences while using influence and assertiveness to drive accountability.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and discussions that build alignment and unlock ideas.
  • Growth mindset with a passion for culture, collaboration, and helping teams thrive.
