In this role, you’ll drive Americas Innovative Pipeline Progression for all Strategic Partnership Program’s (SPP) accounts and opportunities. This involves influencing our own and ecosystem teams to strengthen our sales organization. Together, we foster a high-performance, growth-focused culture. What You’ll Do
· Partner closely with the Sr. Director SPP AMERICAS and other AMERICAS leaders to drive and inspire change and growth in the region
· Set and drive programmatic, repeatable SPP AMERICAS pursuit approaches from mid-sales cycle through close
· Drive and measure time-bound opportunity progression governance
· Manage the Groundbreaking Steer Co for AMERICAS in conjunction with global counterparts
· Manage requests and collaboration between SPP and initiatives like the Global SteerCo orchestration, and executive alignment with customers
· Drive the adoption of progression analysis tools and guidelines
· Define clear program outcomes and success measures, guiding initiatives from planning through delivery
What You’ll Need to Succeed
· Several years proven leadership and experience working in sales strategy, ensuring alignment of process driving the defined business strategy
· Experience designing and program managing in areas such as sales operations/strategy, business development, or services
· A high-performance self-starter with confidence in building relationships across global teams
· The ability to work in a structured way in a fast-paced environment
· Strong sense of ownership, flexibility, and resilience under pressure
· Creative problem solver with a diplomatic approach, operating at the highest level of integrity
· A passion for driving positive change and improving team dynamics
· Strong communication and collaboration skills, including at all levels
· Confidence navigating complexity and breaking down big ideas into actionable steps
· Comfort with metrics and using data to guide decisions and iterate for improvement
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $133,400 -- $248,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
