The Opportunity:
As a Senior Manager in the Demo Strategy team, you will play a critical role in driving demo readiness and execution for Adobe’s Experience Platform (AEP) stack, including Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Journey Optimizer (AJO), as well as Marketo, Target, and Analytics. This encompasses B2B and B2C for these solutions. You will focus on Unified Customer Experience GTM and lead efforts in Industry Demo Strategy, ensuring Adobe’s solutions are showcased effectively to customers and partners across various industries. This is a highly visible people manager role with cross-functional influence.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
- Manage and develop a team of Demo Strategists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them succeed.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team environment that encourages continuous learning and growth.
- Ensure team alignment with priorities and prioritize resources effectively to meet business goals.
Demo Strategy Development
- Drive demo strategies for Adobe Experience Platform and related solutions (RT-CDP, CJA, AJO, Marketo, Target, Analytics).
- Ensure demo readiness for AI-driven Adobe capabilities including Adobe’s intelligent agents, Agent Orchestrator, and Journey Optimizer Experience Accelerator.
- Develop and complete Industry Demo Strategy initiatives, crafting tailored demo experiences for priority verticals.
- Identify and close demo gaps by curating and creating capabilities across multiple formats.
- Align demo strategies with Go-To-Market priorities, product teams, and pre-sales needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Represent demo strategy in senior-level forums and advocate for demo needs across product roadmaps
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure demos reflect Adobe’s value proposition.
- Partner with pre-sales teams to understand demo requirements and deliver impactful experiences.
- Engage with external partners when needed to enhance demo capabilities.
Technical Expertise
- Maintain strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform and connected solutions.
- Stay current on product updates and industry trends to incorporate standard methodologies into demo strategy.
Project Management
- Manage demo priorities across tools, solutions, and industry-specific needs.
- Create and maintain project plans for demo readiness, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Monitor progress and proactively address risks or blockers.
Documentation & Reporting
- Document demo processes, standard methodologies, and lessons learned.
- Provide regular updates on demo readiness and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in demo strategy, pre-sales, or related roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of people management experience, including coaching and developing teams.
- Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform and related technologies (RT-CDP, CJA, AJO, Marketo, Target, Analytics).
- Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate across teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with pre-sales processes and ability to adapt to evolving requirements.

In New York, the pay range for this position is $171,500 - $248,300

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
