The Opportunity

Adobe Firefly is redefining creativity through generative AI, empowering creators to ideate, generate, and edit media in entirely new ways. As a Principal Product Marketing Manager passionate about Inbound strategy for GenAI creative tools, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Firefly. You’ll deeply understand creator needs, influence product direction, and collaborate across teams to drive adoption of Firefly products.

The Role

We are hiring a Principal Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and positioning for Firefly’s Project Graph, a next-generation AI-powered workflow platform designed to give creators precise control over AI-generated media production!

Project Graph is a visual, node-based workflow builder that enables creators to design structured, repeatable pipelines by connecting Creative Cloud tools and leading AI models on a flexible canvas. Users can save these workflows as reusable experiences that allow teams to implement sophisticated creative processes without needing to understand the underlying technical complexity. The platform combines industry-leading AI models with deep Creative Cloud integrations to deliver production-ready outputs with precision, consistency, and scale.

What You’ll Do

Customer & Market Insights

  • Develop a deep understanding of Generative AI media creation and editing workflows across creator segments.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and unmet needs.

  • Translate insights into actionable strategic recommendations.

Product Strategy & Roadmap Influence

  • Partner closely with product teams to shape the roadmap for Project Graph.

  • Advocate for creator needs and ensure our AI tools deliver intuitive, high-impact experiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work hand-in-hand with our Outbound PMM team to develop marketing programs that drive discovery, engagement, and conversion.

  • Collaborate with UX research, data science, and analytics teams to validate hypotheses and measure impact.

  • Align with Adobe’s broader Digital Media teams (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom) to ensure consistency and alignment.

Messaging & Positioning

  • Craft compelling value propositions and product narratives for Project Graph.

  • Ensure messaging is clear, differentiated, and resonates across creator personas and use cases.

Go-To-Market Support

  • Contribute to launch planning and execution for new image generation and editing features.

  • Collaborate with all marketing and GTM functions to define and implement growth plans and campaigns

Thought Leadership & Evangelism

  • Stay ahead of generative AI trends and represent Project Graph in internal and external forums.

  • Contribute to defining Adobe's perspective on the evolution of creative workflows improved by AI.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Strategy roles—preferably in creative tools, AI, or working with creators

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.

  • Proven success influencing product roadmaps and driving cross-functional alignment through research and insights.

  • Passion for creativity, design, and emerging technologies.

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business or a related field is preferred OR 10+ years of product marketing OR equivalent practical experience

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $145,400 -- $261,150 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
