  • Monitor SLA compliance for approvals, and onboarding.

4. Product & Engineering Integration Program Management

  • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that roadmap integration commitments are clearly defined, resourced, and progressing as planned.

  • Support demand generation initiatives, joint marketing motions, and field activation programs.

  • Partner with the partner management team to track adoption metrics, pipeline influence, and revenue aligned outcomes associated with the joint solutions.

6. Investment Oversight/Management

  • Maintain comprehensive oversight of the company’s multiyear strategic commitment with the external partner under the governing commercial agreement.

  • Track all spending across workstreams, ensuring alignment to agreed upon annual and total targets set forth in the partnership framework.

  • Reconcile all Eligible Fees, monitor burn rate, and validate quarterly spend reports received from the partner, including identifying discrepancies and driving resolution through the governance process.

  • Ensure spend progress is accurately reflected against each workstream’s commitments, success measures, and performance expectations.

  • Maintain realtime visibility into pacing, forecasts, risks, and remaining balance toward the overall spend commitment, providing structured insights to senior leadership.

  • Coordinate closely with workstream sponsors, sourcing, legal, finance, and partner management teams to ensure all spending is properly attributed, contractually compliant, and aligned to strategic outcomes.
