The Opportunity

The Adobe Corporate Partnerships team is focused on delivering material growth and market share expansion through strategic product and technology partnerships with responsibility for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and implementing partnership deals for Adobe Express. As a Senior in the Corporate Partnerships team, you will work closely with cross-functional team members and executive leadership to drive successful partner deals with the largest strategic players in the ecosystem to advance Express’ objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Gain deep knowledge about Adobe Express, including business model, customer segmentation, customer workflows, product offerings, competitors, marketing and GTM.

  • Act as a highly effective business development and strategy resource to the applicable Adobe business unit who builds strategic partnership frameworks that achieve key business objectives.

  • Identify, scope out, and drive engagements with strategic partners that have potential to meet Express objectives.

  • Drive consensus and approval from business unit collaborators and executive leadership to formally engage in deal structuring with applicable strategic partners, including business terms for such deals.

  • Negotiate complex strategic partnerships with third parties from inception to final contract signature.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 10+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships negotiating customized, first-of-its kind deals

  • Ability to operate with a high degree of independence to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, build partnership strategy, assess market opportunity / competitive landscape, and develop financial / business models

  • Consistent track record of building high trust relationship and driving consensus internally across product, marketing, legal, finance, sales and more; proficiency leading discussions about complex business decisions with executive leadership

  • Experience with negotiating complex legal agreements with large, strategic partners

  • Ability to act as a creative, strategic problem solver, incessantly seeking opportunities to materially impact the business.

Nice to Have

  • Specific experience in product integration partnerships

  • Familiarity with the creator space and relevant use cases

  • Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or technology licensing

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $125,500 -- $226,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.



In California, the pay range for this position is $156,500 - $226,700
In New York, the pay range for this position is $156,500 - $226,700
In Washington, the pay range for this position is $142,500 - $206,275


At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
