As a Senior Project Manager at Adobe, you will have the outstanding opportunity to lead client-focused initiatives that implement Adobe Experience Cloud applications. Collaborating at multiple levels with key customers and partners, this strategic role leads every phase of project planning. This includes defining the project scope, planning, monitoring timelines, and prioritizing resources. You will work closely with the Adobe Delivery team to ensure technical implementations are flawless. This individual plays a direct, visible role in driving revenue while shaping positive and exceptional experiences for our customers. This position demands strong multi-tasking abilities, proactive and efficient communication, and the capability to address critical issues while providing solutions to customers. This role offers a unique opportunity to do meaningful work by leading skilled and efficient customer projects while also joining an exceptional company at the forefront of our industry.

This role is preferred to be filled from an Adobe office. Desired locations include San Jose, San Francisco, and New York. There is flexibility to also consider Chicago, Austin, Seattle, or McLean.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate directly with clients and Adobe Field and Services Sales teams to clearly define project scope, requirements, and integration points. Document these details as they relate to solution implementation.

  • Coordinate project delivery with key contributors to manage scope and prepare change requests, including tasks, deliverables, achievements, resources, and estimated costs. Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Achieve customer happiness through the successful delivery of defined project scope. Coordinate and communicate across Adobe.

  • Drive seamless, end-to-end project delivery, partnering with customers and internal teams from kickoff through launch and close-out.

  • Coordinate with third-party subcontractors, vendors, and technology partners as needed.

  • Capture and communicate experiences in formal retrospectives, relaying guidelines, customer feedback, and resource insights to the larger Adobe Services Customer Engagement practice.

  • Coordinate critical issues across Adobe, including sales, custom services, and product organizations.

  • Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates, and utilization across projects.

  • Identify partnership opportunities and capitalize on “add-on” sales opportunities across projects.

  • Beyond the role itself, you'll be joining a standout team known for setting the standard in team culture. We are building the future, improving customer experiences, owning the outcome, and showing up with authenticity and integrity every day.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 10+ years of experience leading client-facing project or program management initiatives, ideally within digital marketing or marketing technology environments, including areas such as web content management, analytics, personalization, and digital experience platforms.

  • Extensive experience delivering complex technology implementations, with a strong preference for leaders who have successfully managed projects in SaaS or cloud-based environments.

  • Proven ability to evaluate the impact of technical change and translate complex concepts into clear, high-level solutions that solve real business problems while continuously learning alongside some of the most respected subject matter experts in the industry.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and good judgement allow you to identify issues early. You drive resolution and coordinate with internal partners to ensure timely support.

  • An innovative thinker, collaborative business partner, who is well-organized and detailed with strong presentation and reporting skills.

  • Demonstrates a professional, executive-level demeanor with the ability to effectively engage and influence, plus confidently communicate with client leaders ranging from managers to senior executives, including Directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs.

  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills as well as strong conflict resolution, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

  • Brings an understanding of custom software delivery environments and agile ways of working, with experience coordinating teams. No programming or technical skills are required--this is a people-centric leadership role focused on collaboration and outcomes.

  • Ability to be comfortable navigating ambiguity and energized by working with diverse collaborators to shape direction, align priorities, and drive outcomes. A natural leader who enjoys guiding, mentoring, and aligning teams--bringing people together to delivery successful, meaningful deliverables.

  • Ability to build positive relationships and generate opportunities for repeat business.

  • PMP certification is required.

  • BS/BA degree required; MS/MBA or equivalent experience will be viewed favorably.

  • Experience with Adobe's digital marketing applications is desired.

  • Proven experience managing offshore teams is required.

  • We offer a flexible work schedule, unlimited vacation, and company-wide Global Wellbeing Days to support balance and sustainability. At the same time, this role requires a willingness to travel up to 60% to build strong, trusted relationships with our customers.
