The Opportunity

Adobe’s Technology Governance, Risk & Compliance Organization plays a meaningful role in maintaining customer trust, protecting Adobe’s customers, employees, and platforms while enabling innovation at scale. We seek a GRC Strategy & Security Insights Lead to drive a data driven shift in our GRC program. This role is positioned where strategy, action, and communication meet. Translate security priorities into well-defined strategies. The ideal candidate combines deep GRC expertise, sharp analytical and program management skills, and the ability to engage, influence, and advise executives. They will grow Security’s impact by building metrics, insights, and reporting systems that quantify risk, optimize investments, and directly support business outcomes, including certification-related revenue and customer trust at scale.

The Challenge

Strategy, Planning & Multi-Functional Support

  • Assist Tech GRC Security leadership in converting security priorities and objectives into clear plans and monitored initiatives

  • Lead annual and multi-year security and certification planning efforts aligned to Adobe’s business priorities, product strategy, and market expansion goals

  • Influence cross-functional alignment and shape multi-year GRC strategy across Adobe

  • Build investment cases and strategic roadmaps tied to revenue enablement and cost efficiency

  • Manage audit strategy across programs and align GRC strategy with revenue-generating certifications. Track and report revenue influenced by certifications.

  • Partner with GTM teams to position security as a competitive advantage

  • Track audit budgets and vendor performance. Optimize audit execution, automation, and partner engagement.

Communications & Visibility

  • Assist in crafting and coordinating internal communications, newsletters, and leadership presentations

  • Maintain templates and reusable content for executive and organizational communications

  • Support coordination of content for internal channels, newsletters, and regional or local communications

Security Insights, Metrics & Executive Reporting

  • Develop a framework to provide real-time access to security posture and investment efficiency

  • Build executive dashboards and narratives, translating complex data for leadership

  • Establish reporting frameworks and execution strategy

  • Present insights to senior leadership and standardize reporting across the organization. Further, automate reporting and program execution using AI to improve efficiency.

  • Drive the development and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Annual Business Reviews (ABRs)

  • Standardize and own the execution of consistent storytelling across Tech GRC, Product, and Business partners

  • Help assist with executive-level narratives, present to VP/SVP audiences, and shape strategic decisions

What is needed to succeed

  • 8–12+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, risk management, or related fields

  • Strong organizational abilities and consistent follow-through, with careful attention to detail and responsibility for tasks

  • Proven experience building metrics, benchmarks/indicators, and executive reporting frameworks

  • Experience engaging and influencing senior executives and cross-functional leaders

  • Preferred qualifications: Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $124,300 -- $234,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.



In California, the pay range for this position is $162,000 - $234,600
In New York, the pay range for this position is $162,000 - $234,600
In Washington, the pay range for this position is $146,500 - $212,200


At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
