Own client outcomes end-to-end so our founder can stop being the single point of failure on every engagement. You'll run the full arc of each client relationship: scoping work, planning deliverables, coordinating contractors and interns, keeping every workstream on track, and making sure each client feels genuinely well taken care of from kickoff to renewal.- Real consulting or client-delivery experience- Exceptionally organized and detail-obsessed- Communicates with warmth and clarity- Fluent enough in AI/automation to scope messy business problems- Calm under ambiguity, naturally takes ownership
