DESCRIPTION

At AWS, we believe the future of tech is diverse, inclusive, and accessible and the Diversity Marketing team is working toward that vision. We are hiring a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join the AWS Diversity Marketing team. The mission of the Diversity Marketing team is to weave diversity and inclusion into the fabric of the AWS brand. We collect and distribute best practices for building inclusive technology, and we make current and prospective customers aware the AWS commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

We’re looking for a creative Marketing Manager with a track record of creating effective tech marketing campaigns and content. In this role, you’ll own our Diversity Marketing campaign strategy, designing multichannel plans to reach technologists around the world on topics at the intersection of diversity and technology. You’ll play an instrumental role in inspiring our employees and customers to build and market products and services that offer equitable, accessible, inclusive experiences. You’ll also consult with teams around the world, helping them adapt global messages to local contexts.

We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and mission-driven Marketing Manager who brings big ideas to the team. Ideally you’ll have some experience planning and executing B2B content campaigns informed by audience insights in channels including social media, owned media, and paid ads, and be happiest working in a highly ambiguous yet wildly collaborative environment. Experience managing customer research and content engagement metrics will also serve you well in this role. Ability to build rapport with a variety of internal teams, curiosity, and the ability to think creatively about engaging tech industry leaders are all essential to success.

If inspiring millions to use technology and AWS to make the world more diverse, more equitable, and more inclusive sounds like a fun challenge, please apply!
