We're looking for a passionate, team-oriented, and talented Principal Technical Program Manager with experience leading across technical and product teams. Key job responsibilities
This role requires outstanding cross-team coordination and prioritization to translate critical product and business requirements into a technical roadmap and design. You will coordinate changes across orgs and teams, and build an innovative product that will deliver unique user experiences to billions of viewers.
This role will provide a unique opportunity to truly work with a multidisciplinary team of product managers, engineers, scientists, and user research to develop a new large-scale, low latency, and high-performing systems that will integrate with core external systems and services. You will help in standing up a new program to track, monitor, and report; and drive insights and opportunities to enable innovate features. The impact of this role spans across multiple organizations that you will be required to influence. You will also work with senior leadership, business stakeholders, science and engineering teams to develop and execute on our roadmap.

- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of technical program management experience
- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $141,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
