The right candidate will have an intense drive to fundamentally change the growth trajectory of third-party Sellers’ businesses. Key job responsibilities
Quantitative and Qualitative Research: Conduct in-depth research on 3P Sellers, analyzing data and gathering qualitative insights to identify pain points, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Recommendation Documentation: Create comprehensive and compelling documents that outline research findings and make data-driven recommendations for product features and improvements.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product and tech teams to ensure that your recommendations are effectively integrated into product development processes.
Monitoring and Analysis: Continuously monitor the impact of implemented changes and gather feedback to refine strategies for Seller growth.
Engagement with Partner Teams: Build strong relationships with partner teams responsible for managing sellers to drive adoption and engagement with Seller growth tools.
Voice of the Seller: Act as an advocate for sellers within the organization, ensuring their needs and concerns are heard and addressed.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of Seller growth initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
Internal Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive internal training programs for cross-functional teams that interact with Sellers, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to enhance Seller engagement with our tools.
External Training: Create and conduct external training sessions and educational content for Sellers, providing valuable insights, best practices, and strategies to drive their growth and success on Amazon.
Seller Growth Strategies: Utilize Seller-facing analytics tools to continually develop, refine, and maintain highly effective Seller growth strategies. These strategies should be scalable for internal account management, sales, and customer success teams while also being directly shared with Sellers, resulting in increased Seller growth and enhanced engagement with our tools.
A day in the life
As a Growth Consultant at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the Seller experience on our platform. You will conduct both quantitative and qualitative research on Sellers to identify gaps in our tools and processes. Your insights will be instrumental in shaping product features and improvements. Additionally, you will work closely with partner teams responsible for managing Sellers to drive engagement with Seller growth tools and act as the voice of the Seller within the organization.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data science, or a related field
• 6+ years’ professional experience in Corporate Retail, Buying, Planning and/or relevant experience within Customer Success, Account Management, Management Consulting, Sales, Marketing, and/or E-Commerce
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Passion for advocating on behalf of sellers and driving growth
• Proficiency in manipulating and analyzing data in Microsoft Excel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in E-Commerce, Corporate Retail, Consulting and/or B2B
• Superior communication and presentation skills
• Business Strategy development with multi-phase execution and delivery: planning, opportunity qualification and creation, stakeholder and executive communication, needs analysis, services/partner engagement, opportunity management, and negotiation
• Understanding of retail math and formulas for the purpose of making business decisions
• Experience using analytical, account management, and productivity tools including Oracle Business Intelligence, CRM tools like SalesForce, Tableau, QuickSight, and Microsoft Office Suites

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $99,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
