The Influencer Coordinator role is a multi-pronged position that requires managing and growing an influencer program consisting of +1,500 influencers, driving efficiencies and scalability of influencer efforts, and producing a measurable impact on our overall influencer program results. This role sits within the Brand Marketing team and requires collaboration across the marketing organization.
The Influencer Coordinator will be responsible for onboarding and managing a high-partner volume program that supports the expansion of Shopbop’s influencer network. The Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for 1) onboarding a diverse group of influencers into the Shopbop Influencer Program, 2) creating and delivering incentives that engage influencers and drive program efficiency, 3) increasing brand awareness by scaling the network of affiliate partners posting about Shopbop, and 4) create a best-in-class experience for influencers by branding the program’s communication and offerings. This role contributes to the Ambassador influencer strategy, and selects the included influencers, requiring a clear understanding of the Shopbop brand. Simultaneously, the Influencer Coordinator has a strong command of influencer metrics to accurately measure customer and business impact, while surfacing learnings to inform evolutions in strategy.
Key job responsibilities
Leverage existing and establish professional relationships with influencers to develop initiatives that will grow Shopbop’s influencer network
• Identify and develop Ambassador influencer partnerships that ladder up to Shopbop’s goals and are created with clear KPIs, objectives and monthly goals.
• See through the execution of influencer partnerships; monitor, track and report on performance learnings
• Grow and maintain Shopbop’s relationships with Ambassador influencers and agents as industry POC
• Negotiate Ambassador influencer deals, pitch proposals and stay frugal; expand the pie for Shopbop; think big about how to approach negotiations
• Manage onboarding maintenance (i.e. loans and discount creation) across influencer programs
• Execute legal contracts and support in optimizing legal contracts for the Ambassador program
• Create Ambassador campaign briefs, supporting Go-Big initiatives and report on results
• In partnership with the creative team, support the creation of assets and solutions for streamlining influencer communication, performance tracking, campaign participation and events
• Partner with the Content team on ideation of organic content and how best to leverage influencer content across our social channels
• Research and classify new social media tools, platforms, affiliate networks, and influencer resources that support the scale and influencer knowledge for Shopbop’s programs

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in marketing or marketing research

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $113,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
