The Creator Marketing team’s vision is to strategically and creatively attract and retain a diverse population of quality Creators (influencers & publishers) at scale. We scale proven marketing strategies across the Creator community, covering the full funnel of attracting, retaining, and educating creators. Using existing and new communication mechanisms, segmentation, and data, we engage and educate Creators, collect Voice of the Creator feedback and translate learnings to product partners. We strive to empower and inspire creators with content, education, and support they need to be successful through all stages of the marketing funnel.
This role will spearhead our engagement innovation initatives, owning the strategic objective of effectively reaching Creators through the right marketing channels, expanding marketing touchpoints to advance communication. You will own end-to-end initiatives to evaluate, strategize, and launch new engagement channels (ie SMS) to better meet Creators where they are, and partner closely with product and tech teams to explore the role that AI can play in Creator marketing. You will drive critical program updates across outbound channels, partnering with central outbound stakeholders to evolve creator-facing messaging in the larger outbound landscape. This role will partner closely with engagement channel owners and PMMS across lifecycle marketing and education to identify gaps and opportunity areas that further enhance Creator communication. You will create internationally-scaled playbooks across initiatives, ensuring all Creator markets are able to replicate and adapt strategies for their respective locales. You will be a self-starter, comfortable with a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and be able to think big while paying careful attention to detail. You must be able to analyze and synthesize data, identifying and tracking key KPIs.
Key job responsibilities
* Identify marketing channel gaps and deliver strategies for new engagement channels, ultimately owning testing and launch plans
*Partner with product and tech to spearhead AI innovation across Creator marketing
* Partner with science and analytics to define and test new Creator segmentation methods to deliver most effective messages to Creators
*Partner across outbound, product, and engineering to drive updates to Creator outbound channels- such as template enhancements, automation, and process efficiencies
* Input into senior leader-level documents including quarterly business reviews, annual planning documents, and more.
* Support scaling marketing initiatives to international countries, working closely with product, marketing, and tech partners
