DESCRIPTION

Drive end-to-end supply chain and operations initiatives to improve Amazon's ability to fulfill specialty selection. This includes how we carry small, low-price items and non-sortable products. Lead efforts to reduce defects and optimize the overall performance of Amazon's fulfillment network.

Key job responsibilities
1. Build and run the PMO setup across orgs to develop strategic initiatives, identify synergies and consolidate efforts
2. Own Vice President communication on the status of the workstreams, including driving escalations and resolving conflict through data-backed arguments.
3. Own the Ops monthly, quarterly business and finance reviews on the strategic workstreams with finance alignment and tracking to leadership annual goals for cost reduction and CX improvements.
