DESCRIPTION

Do you want to play a key role in building solutions for Last Mile delivery? Do you thrive on building from the ground-up? Are you looking for a role where you can influence organizational wide initiatives? The Americas Delivery Service Partner (DSP) team is looking for a customer-obsessed Sr. Program Manager to build scalable solutions for our internal and external partners. We seek a self-starter who can dive deep to understand disparate processes, learn and be curious about all areas of the program, and create simple solutions.

As the Sr. Program Manager in DSP Accountability, you will dive deep data and process, work backwards from the customer, and implement solutions. You will deeply understand processes, link inputs to outputs, and focus on desired outcomes. You will optimize existing processes, create structure in new areas, and build and scale mechanisms from the ground-up. You will effectively partner across Program, Product, and Technology teams across Last Mile. You will create and get buy-in for your roadmap, overcome obstacles, and deliver scalable solutions. You will have full ownership for your area, create metrics and monitor progress, recommend and implement solutions, and report on program effectiveness to leadership.
