Amazon One Medical is hiring a Principal Finance Manager over Commercial Topline Economics. Finance is critical to the success of our mission. We see the entire picture, and are the cornerstone to driving the right investments, maintaining controllership, and distilling down the right stories to push our business forward.
The Principal, Topline Economics, will build our analytics portfolio for all things membership, visits, engagement and retention. This leader will be strategic and influential, working with marketing, product, tech, finance, and business leaders based on findings. They are analytical and data driving, able to apply quantitative techniques on large set of data to distill insights.
The leader will partner across several teams to drive business decisions. This will include working with the BI and science teams on segmentation, cohort, and ingress, and building monthly reporting that will refine our offer. With Clinical Operations finance to optimize our visits forecasts. They will also partner with our forecasting and science teams to determine how their inputs and findings contribute to business health. Finally, they will work across several finance teams to tell the story of our business during weekly, monthly and quarterly business review.
Key job responsibilities
- Build membership, visits and engagement analytics and reporting.
- Partner with BI and Science teams to identify the inputs that drive our topline.
- Run cohort, segmentation, and deep dive analysis that will drive different business decisions. Deep dive changes and surface insights at the SVP level.
- Build Prime-like reporting for all member segments.
