We're seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to own and drive the technical strategy, architecture, and execution of Amazon's New Product Campaigns solution. This role will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that span multiple organizations including Advertising, Retail, Analytics, and Engineering teams to deliver a full-funnel advertising solution for new product launches.

This is a hands-on leadership position seeking individuals who can think big, create structure and effectiveness in ambiguity, draw on their deep dive understanding of the digital Ads landscape by levering experience in working with cross- functional teams, including distribution leaders, applied scientists and engineers.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead cross-organizational technical initiatives integrating advertising, retail data, and machine learning systems
- Define and implement program governance mechanisms across multiple engineering teams
- Develop multi-year technology strategy supporting rapid growth in campaign volume and market expansion
- Build consensus across multiple engineering and business organization
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to align priorities
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Influence roadmap priorities and resource allocation across teams
