Amazon Shopping Videos (ASV) mission is to make Amazon our customers favorite and most trusted place for shoppable video, across formats, categories and experiences. “Shop the Show” is an innovative new experience that allows customers to easily shop hundreds of items from films, shows or games they’re watching on Prime Video or Amazon Live. At Amazon, we start with the customer and work backwards in everything we do, including advertising. Video content enables customers and brands to connect in new ways, and we believe that when done well, it enhances the customer experience with delightful and engaging discovery.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Shop the Show (STS), you will partner with other PMMs as a core member of the STS team, driving go-to-market and growing discovery of an innovative second screen experience. We are seeking a strategic leader who is comfortable building from 0 to 1. They must be comfortable asking hard questions, defining paths forward and be passionate about understanding end use customers and how to establish new behaviors. The Senior Product Marketing manager must be creative, proactive and have a strong attention to detail. A successful candidate will be energized by collaborating with cross-functional teams across Amazon, and skilled at influencing partners. They will comfortable juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-faced, dynamic environment.

Key job responsibilities
* Develop the vision and end-to-end strategy for positioning, messaging, creative and targeting to drive awareness and discovery
* Drive go-to-market strategies and plans for new feature and content launches to drive adoption
* Develop hypotheses and execute experiments to improve discovery across platforms
* Develop messaging and positioning frameworks as established best practices that can be replicated across first and third party platforms
* Aggregate Voice of the Customer data and analysis to produce stack-ranked set of priorities to influence product requirements, roadmap decisions and trade-offs
* Partner closely with Prime Video Marketing teams and ASV product/engineering teams to unlock new discovery levers
* Dive deep into adoption metrics, develop and influence forecasts

About the team
Amazon Shopping Videos (ASV) is a growing business within the Amazon Advertising, IMDb and Grand Challenge (AIGC) business unit. AIGC is one of the fastest growing business units within Amazon, with the highest percentage margin contribution of any large business. ASV is delivering the video shopping experience to Amazon consumers, with a purpose to enable customers to find inspiration, information, entertainment, and community through videos at any point in their shopping journey. The ASV team designs, builds and operates both owned and operated destination experiences (e.g. amazon.com/live, Amazon Live FAST Channel, Shop the Show), as well as federated experiences across the Amazon.com website.
