At the intersection of operational excellence and innovative design lies a unique opportunity to reshape the future of fast fulfillment at Amazon. As our Senior Manager of Process Engineering for SSD in Amazon’s World Wide Engineering & Innovation organization, you'll influence our next generation of fulfillment and distribution processes and design, where every decision impacts millions of customer experiences.

Come lead an innovative team to orchestrate the balance of human ingenuity and operational efficiency. Imagine automated systems working in harmony with human teams, customer-obsessed selection, packages flowing seamlessly through optimized pathways, and employees working safely in ergonomically designed spaces.

Your expertise will bridge the crucial gap between operational needs and architectural possibilities. You'll lead the transformation of complex logistical challenges into elegant, efficient solutions that set new industry standards. This role demands more than just technical strength; it requires a strategic mind that can see both the granular details and the bigger picture. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, turning ambitious visions into reality while maintaining the delicate balance between innovation and practicality.

We're looking for someone who sees beyond traditional approaches – a leader who combines engineering expertise with creative problem-solving. You'll need the passion to push boundaries and the ability to inspire others to join you on this journey. This role offers the chance to make a lasting impact on Amazon’s fastest fulfillment network.
