Our team is looking for an experienced Sr. Manager of Creative Solutions. This role will lead a team of Creative Solutions Managers who transform campaign insights into scalable creative solutions across Display, Audio and Video. These solutions drive adoption of new ad placements, scale first-party creative expertise, and mitigate creative constraints, directly impacting advertiser success for Amazon Ads.
Key job responsibilities
Your role involves guiding your team in analyzing performance data to establish creative best practices, develop approaches to creative testing and measurement, and ensure quality across ad placements. Working with partner teams, you'll identify creative constraints, influence product development, and design solutions addressing advertiser needs at scale. You'll coach your team to establish measurement standards and build scalable solutions that balance efficiency with excellence. Your team will own business updates, goals, and performance for their solutions, managing internal stakeholders and continuously improving creative service offerings based on data and feedback. Success in this role requires strong project management, strategic problem solving, and communication skills to launch innovative solutions and deliver measurable results. Key indicators of success include team development, creative innovation, operational efficiency, and enabling advertiser objectives. The ideal candidate brings expertise in creative marketing, analytical skills, experience leading teams in strategic initiatives, and exceptional stakeholder management.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 5+ years of team management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience managing teams
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience defining and executing complex marketing initiatives that solve creative challenges across global organizations
- Track record of creating and optimizing mechanisms to ensure long-term strategy success
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational changes that remove creative dependencies and accelerate delivery at scale
- Proven experience leading business reviews with VP+ leadership to align teams on creative strategies
- Proficiency in developing data-driven frameworks for measuring creative effectiveness and optimization
- Skill in transforming complex business problems into efficient creative strategies that improve customer experience
- Experience evaluating and minimizing repetitive year-over-year creative efforts based on historical learnings
- Demonstrated success in fostering a culture of innovation and strategic thinking within creative organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $147,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $244,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
