DESCRIPTION

You will assist in the creation, management, and delivery of client partner marketing campaigns and supporting resources. You will work within a fast-paced environment to build and deliver content that drives adoption of the One Medical benefit as well as member engagement.

As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will drive marketing activities to maximize growth through One Medical’s clients. You will develop and execute email marketing programs to the clients’ eligible population to drive enrollment. You will develop employee content to educate potential members on Amazon One Medical and drive enrollment in the employer benefit. You will be responsible for scaled resources, processes, and performance metrics tracking across the business — helping to build successful activation programs.

You will need to work efficiently to manage multiple projects and be comfortable with changing priorities. Key job responsibilities
- Partner closely with Client Success in developing marketing programs that work across the book of business (10,000+ clients).
- Work 1-1 with top strategic clients to develop custom materials and develop scaled solutions for all clients.
- Assess needs of complex projects and work independently toward project delivery
- Manage email marketing campaigns including developing new content, executing emails in partnership with outside agencies and marketing tracking/analytics.
- Develop and deploy marketing asset kits, collaborating with Client Services team, and working with the creative agency in the delivery of partner-specific marketing programs.
- Own the client and partner content-sharing portal including content, training and organization, and analysis. Track partner marketing delivery and value (assets created, market value, impact)
- Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns - making recommendations based on the data
- Own marketing campaign reporting and weekly cross-functional activity dashboard
- Develop and organize content, including experience with content management programs



About the team
We’re a small and highly-collaborative team and you’ll be exposed to all aspects of a fast-paced marketing organization.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience in a marketing role

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience working with a Content Management System (e.g. Wordpress, Drupla, Joomla, etc.)
- Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $54,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $116,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
