Amazon Business’ Central Marketing Team is seeking an experienced, strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and implementation of integrated media campaigns that drive awareness and consideration of Amazon Business worldwide. In this role, you will set the strategy for how Amazon Business leverages paid media across digital and traditional media channels to deepen brand affinity and purchase intent. With end-to-end campaign ownership, you will select the right media channels and investment mix, activate media through the funnel, build measurement frameworks, and optimize plans for all paid media (excl. paid search) on and off-Amazon. You will work collaboratively across paid media, brand, creative, product, legal, and PR teams to create impactful and effective campaigns, while operating as a center of excellence for Amazon Business marketers worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record executing integrated media strategies that drive ROI across the marketing funnel, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple high-profile projects simultaneously. They are equal parts creative and analytical, providing strategic solutions to business problems, as well as passionate about owning programs and delivering results. The ideal candidate is a builder with hands-on experience managing campaigns across channels, including social, with the ability to deliver on a strategic vision.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop and execute paid media strategies across channels to drive awareness and consideration of Amazon Business worldwide
• Contribute to the development of best practices and measurement of paid media channels (social, display, Amazon Ads, etc.) within Amazon Business for marketing partners to follow globally
• Own campaign briefing processes, business review documents, and experimentation roadmaps that work backwards from the customer.
• Lead media agencies and cross-functional teams for execution
• Develop mechanisms for inspecting, reporting, and elevating campaign performance
