This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges.

Join the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) Industries Team as a Sr. Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist focused on GenAI within the Media, Entertainment, Games & Sports space.
This role is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and most strategic customers in the Media, Entertainment, Games & Sports segment. We work backwards from our customer’s most complex and business critical problems to build and execute go-to- market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses. ASP teams include business development, specialist and technical solutions architecture.
Position may require the ability to travel 25% to 40% of the time, as needed.
Key job responsibilities
1. Lead GTM to orchestrate sales motions for sales, marketing, partner, product, training, and professional services teams to accelerate adoption of your aligned technology domain.
2. Leverage your deep domain expertise to create best in class field enablement and sales strategy.
3. Support field teams in solution building for high priority customers.
4. Bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on AWS product roadmaps.
5. Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution.
6. Demonstrate thought leadership and be able to credibly represent AWS at industry events, conferences, symposiums,etc.
A day in the life
Within ASP, this position is a part of the Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist team, where you will lead GTM strategy for AWS’ GenAI and AI/ML services for Global M&E customers.
We define the GTM strategy, leverage partners, and build new initiatives that drive results for our customers. We provide critical feedback from customers to inform our product roadmap, and work closely with our partner network to build an ecosystem supporting our customers’ goals.
In emerging areas, we play a critical role as the “first in” teams to build markets for new services, domains, or solutions. When a customer needs to innovate and requires a new way to leverage AWS, they count on us to innovate with them to build and deliver what they need.
