Amazon Web Services (AWS), Amazon’s cloud computing division, is seeking a Senior Media Operations Manager to join our Global Brand Media team. This newly created role will play a critical part in building scalable, cross-channel media operations and governance mechanisms across AWS advertising.
The ideal candidate is a hybrid thinker—fluent in both traditional and digital advertising—and thrives at the intersection of executional detail, systems thinking, and operational strategy in a fast-paced environment. You will lead day-to-day and long-term efforts across campaign execution, creative delivery, vendor coordination, and media workflow solutions.

Key job responsibilities
• Manage the daily trafficking and delivery of creative assets across paid media channels, including linear television, out-of-home (OOH), digital, audio, and print.
• Ensure that assets meet all creative specifications and are delivered on time to external agencies and media vendors.
• Maintain documentation including media creative maps, trafficking sheets, and naming conventions to support campaign launches.
• Lead the on-boarding and long-term maintenance of centralized project management tools (e.g., Airtable) for campaign tracking and media plan repositories.
• Oversee media asset distribution through Digital Asset Management (DAM), implementing automated workflows for multi-channel delivery, rights management, and usage tracking to optimize creative asset utilization and performance across platforms.
• Act as the primary point of contact between internal AWS teams and external agencies to support campaign execution.
• Monitor and address content flow problems to ensure continuous delivery
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), trafficking timelines, and on-boarding documents for external agencies and media vendors.
• Track and report on operational key performance indicators (KPIs), including asset delivery success rate, trafficking cycle times, and tool adoption metrics.
• Identify opportunities for automation and implement new technical solutions for operations.
• Build playbooks for how we partner with media agencies for asset specifications, governance, country specific media regulations and workflow standards across paid channels.
• Work directly with Business Inter-agency, Legal, Campaign Management, Creative Operations, and Applications Security to build, and Pan Amazon teams to implement tools, and improve processes.
