The Conversational Ad Experiences (CAX) team within Sponsored Products and Brands envisions to re-invent advertising in the rapidly changing AI landscape, transforming it from static presentation of recommendations into assistive experiences that guide customer discovery throughout the shopping funnel. To achieve our vision, we are looking for a Software Development Manager who can architect scalable systems, drive cross-org alignment, and lead the evolution of our core tier-1 services to support rapid experimentation and new modes of dynamic interaction and personalization while operating within strict latency budgets. This leader will play a critical role in shaping the technical foundation for the future of ad experiences on Search.
