The Social & Paid Media Copywriter is responsible for delivering engaging, on-brand copy appearing on all social media & paid media platforms. This role works closely with cross-functional teams on a daily basis, including marketing, creative & buying, to ensure that language across social & paid media is cohesive and adherent to the established copy guidelines.
Key job responsibilities
- Write impactful, strategic copy to appear on all social & paid media channels
- Translate the established Zappos voice & high-level Tier 1 campaigns into effective social-first moments that are brand right & culturally relevant
- Own the Zappos social-first voice, including building on the established style guide, as well as developing future best practices in partnership with the editorial team
- Collaborate cross-functionally on a daily basis with graphic designers, art directors & marketers
- Track competitors & keep up with the ever-evolving retail landscape
