Amazon Global Realty seeks a dynamic Sr. Energy Strategy Manager to spearhead power infrastructure strategy across its rapidly expanding logistics network. This strategic role will shape how Amazon secures, manages, and optimizes energy solutions for fulfillment centers, sortation centers, and delivery stations throughout the Americas.

The Sr. Energy Strategy Manager will develop comprehensive power strategies that balance reliability, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness. The role encompasses leading complex utility negotiations, overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects, and building strategic partnerships with energy providers, developers, and equipment manufacturers. This position is crucial in driving innovative solutions for power delivery, from grid capacity planning to renewable energy integration.

Key job responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive utilities strategy for Amazon Logistics network for AMER regions.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to support strategic site selection and development
• Develop partnerships with utility providers, developers, landlords, and OEMs to secure grid capacity, drive cost efficiencies, and establish Amazon as a strategic energy partner in key markets
• Manage a portfolio of complex energy projects
• Collaborate with internal teams and regulated utilities on the implementation and management of energy projects to meet the business timelines.
• Identify and develop innovative cost savings projects (capital and operational) and initiatives related to energy infrastructure and supply.
• Work with communities and regulators to develop policies and guidelines that enable broader Amazon strategies and objectives.
