- Manage and mentor a team of client engineers building state-of-the-art advertising experiences
- Drive technical excellence and innovation in advertising technology across multiple device platforms
- Define your team's charter, tech vision while partnering effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless ad formats that enhance the Prime Video user experience
- Own delivery timelines, technical roadmaps, and team development
- Define metrics to measure team development progress, customer experience, and operational excellence.
