Description

Amazon is looking for a Principal, Content Strategy. We’re partnering with dealers and brands to redesign car shopping—making it more transparent, convenient, and customer-friendly. As part of this team, you will be a key player in bringing this brand to life, driving awareness of Amazon Autos. You will have the opportunity to build a content marketing program from the ground up, working in an agile startup atmosphere.

About You:
You’re an experienced content strategist and marketing professional who loves to build. You think customer-first and balance strategic, creative, and tactical thinking to deliver impactful, thumb stopping content. You will develop and execute content strategies that build the Amazon Autos brand across both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) audiences. You will own the complete content journey, from thought leadership initiatives to social media and creator partnerships. This role reports to the Head of Marketing Amazon Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate with B2B and B2C Channel leaders, Creative, Events, PR and Business Development to deliver a measurable content strategy that ladders into business goals. You will be required to present learnings & insights to leadership.


Key job responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive content strategies for B2B and B2C audiences that strengthen the Amazon Autos brand across all customer journey touchpoints
- Create and manage a thought leadership platform for Amazon Autos, collaborating with Public Relations and Business Development teams on white papers, industry research, and keynote speaking opportunities
- Own organic content strategy for social media channels, with particular focus on the LinkedIn Showcase page, TikTok, Meta platforms, and Google
- Lead creator content strategy development and serve as primary point of contact with external agency partners
- Define content measurement frameworks and key performance indicators to track effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities to repurpose and scale high-performing content across channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with broader marketing and business objectives
- Drive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and visibility for Amazon Autos marketplace
